My great friend was in Kiev then and went to the Scorpions concert. He could take in his video camera so he made this rare recording. In fact there is not so easy to make bootleg materials in the ex-soviet countries because of the lot of security guards. But he was very mercurial. I recorded the sound from the DVD and the quality had been amazing.
