Comment:

Just received this audio-recording from Eye to Eye-tour. This is also known as 'Deadly Sting In The Nightless Night'. Recorded during the Nummirock-festival in the midsummer when the sun doesn't come off the sky for the whole night. First bootlegged show from Finland, I've come across. And it's a good one also! Remember reading a review of this gig in a finnish music-magazine Rumba. They praised the gig and the announcer of finnish rock-radio told the listeners that this was pretty much the perfect rock'n'roll concert. And it is. The band is in their top form. This is their last gig before heading for the US-leg of the Eye To Eye-tour (they did played in Munchen couple days later, but only 3 songs), and the setlist is a little different than the sets they played during the European shows; missing are Always Somewhere and 10 Light Years Away. I must say that this improves the quality of the show because now there are more rockers and that's what I'd want to hear when I go to Scorps-gig. Klaus Meine's vocals are in top form. Audience participation is not very audible, so I can't say how the crowd was into the music, but they do respond. (MS)

It's interesting when Matthias played the solo in "The Zoo" because the 'talk-box' had not been worked. So he had to play that in normal guitar sound.

Quality:

Very good quality audience-recording with all instruments audible. Made with DAT-machine.
