I red the date (October) and the place (like Ipswich) different in some other websites. But the actual detail is Southampton and the 19th of May. What was the first leg of the band's UK tour in 1980. You can hear when Klaus say...Southamptoooon...in the 'Holiday'. (Thanks Christian for the info!) :)
One of the full shows about the rare 'Animal Magnetism' Tour. The setlist is simple amazing! Michael Schenker back on lead-guitar!!! Matthias played in the whole show but Michael had been invited as a special guest is the song 'Can't Get Enough'. Klaus announced him in the middle of "Can't Get Enough". After that Michael bursts into a amazing solo only he can create. Very good!!! Michael doesn't improvise the solos that much, but again his playing is so tight. He follows the Matthias' solos easily and adds something of his own into them! This all is pretty amazing, because what I've heard his drinking-problem was very bad during those months.

Quality:

This is an audience-recording, but still pretty good. There's only little crowd-noise and what's most important, you can hear all the instruments almost clearly. This is probably done with reel to reel-recorder.
